Nature of the Service

Starvital provides digital services through an artificial intelligence platform that generates images based on user prompts. The platform operates using a credit-based system and may also offer subscription plans.

Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of the service, purchases made on the platform are generally considered final once the service has been used.

Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on Starvital allow users to generate images within the platform.

Credits:

  • are digital items

  • are consumed when images are generated

  • have no monetary value outside the platform

  • are non-transferable between users

Once credits have been used to generate images, they cannot be refunded.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate transactions

  • accidental double charges

  • billing errors

  • technical failures that prevented the service from being delivered

Refund Request Deadline
