This policy applies to the website starvital.eu.

What data we collect

Only what you write in the test and in the form:

• Your name or nickname, your country and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Your test answers: what you are looking for, languages, experience, hours, whether you want to show your face, styles and what matters most to you.
• Your WhatsApp number and your Instagram username (if you give it).
• Which ad or link brought you to the website (for example, «Instagram campaign»).

We only use them with your explicit consent. We do not ask for photos or documents on the website. If you are under 18, we keep nothing you write.

What we use it for

• To look among the verified agencies in our network for the one that fits you best, and to message you on WhatsApp with the proposal.
• To check in with you every week once you work with the agency.
• To know which ads bring applications, only if you accept measurement cookies (see «Cookies»).

We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

The agencies in the network

• To find you an agency, we describe your profile without your name or your contact (for example: country, languages, experience, hours and styles).
• We only give your name, your WhatsApp and your Instagram to the agency you accept, after we ask you on WhatsApp. That agency then becomes responsible for your data, with its own obligations.
• If the agency is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer uses the safeguards the law requires (standard contractual clauses).

Why we can use it

Because you give your explicit consent when you tick the box, and because you ask us to find you an agency. Ad measurement is based only on your cookie consent. You can withdraw any consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your application to help you and for our internal statistics, until you ask us to delete it. You can ask at any time and we delete it.

Who else sees it

Only the Starvital team that handles applications, the agency you accept, and these service providers:

• : hosts this website and stores your application, in the European Union.
• Cloudflare: only the anti-bot check on the form (Turnstile).
• WhatsApp (Meta): when we talk to you.
• Discord: an internal message to our team when your application arrives (your name, country, WhatsApp, Instagram and what you chose), so we can reply quickly.
• Meta, only if you accept ad measurement: we send your phone number and your name as an irreversible code (hash), your country, your IP and your browser. Only to measure which ads work.
• Microsoft (Clarity), only if you accept usage maps: how the page is used, without what you type in the fields.

Some of these providers are in the United States. They work with the safeguards European law requires (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, limit its use, object, or take it with you, by writing to . You can also write «stop messaging me» on WhatsApp and we stop contacting you. If you think we did not do it right, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies if you accept them, and you can choose each one separately:

• Ad measurement (Meta): _fbp and _fbc on this website, and fr on facebook.com. To know which ads bring applications. They last up to 90 days.
• Usage maps (Microsoft Clarity): _clck and _clsk on this website, and MUID, CLID, ANONCHK and SM from Microsoft. To see, under a pseudonym, how the page is used; Clarity hides what you type in the fields. They last up to 1 year.

If you reject them, the website works the same and neither Meta nor Microsoft receives anything. We ask you again after one year. You can change your choice with the «Cookies» link at the bottom of the main page.

The Cloudflare anti-bot check (Turnstile) is needed for the form to work and is not used for advertising. To measure which test steps are completed, we count visits per step with no cookies and no personal data.
